At Jesus & Jets, we aim to process and ship orders promptly. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or product launches.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and destination.
Estimated delivery times once shipped:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary widely, and Jesus & Jets has no control over customs processing times or fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear and may be limited for international shipments once the package leaves the United States.
Shipping Delays
Jesus & Jets is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, service disruptions, or events beyond our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Jesus & Jets is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
Jesus & Jets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance upon request.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier may not be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.
